RHYMES started in 2021 as a collaborative project of B.L.A.C.K; Cia Siab, Inc.; The Center: 7 Rivers LGBTQ Connection; and the YWCA La Crosse. We are now our own non-profit and a licensed Wisconsin youth shelter. Services are confidential and youth-driven.
